Pracilla joined the Avian & Exotic Animal Hospital team in 2024 and brings a strong foundation in agriculture and veterinary medicine from her upbringing. With a desire to work in the medical field while remaining closely connected to animals, she found her place supporting clients and patients in an exotic veterinary setting.
Professional Role & Experience
As a Client Services Representative, Pracilla helps coordinate appointments, communicate with clients, and ensure each visit runs smoothly. She particularly enjoys explaining care instructions and procedures to pet owners, offering reassurance and helping families feel confident that their animals are receiving excellent care.
Pracilla has a special interest in reptiles and enjoys working with leopard geckos, bearded dragons, and crested geckos. Geckos and tortoises are among her favorite species. She especially values seeing how devoted clients are to their pets and finds it rewarding to support that bond.

Outside the Hospital
Outside of work, Pracilla enjoys spending time with her church community, reading, and practicing nail art. She values meaningful conversations and enjoys connecting with people, both inside and outside the hospital.
