Isabelle has been part of the Avian & Exotic Animal Hospital team for three years, beginning her journey as a kennel assistant before advancing to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. With a longstanding interest in wildlife and conservation, she has always known she would build a career working closely with animals.
Professional Role & Experience
Isabelle’s passion for animal care developed during high school through an interest in conservation and wildlife. During the COVID pandemic, she explored different career paths that would allow her to work hands-on with animals and discovered veterinary technology, a field that aligned perfectly with her goals.
At AEAH, Isabelle contributes to many aspects of patient care, including radiographs, quality control, compliance, grooming, and general technical support. She especially enjoys working with parrots and reptiles, appreciating their intelligence, behavior, and specialized care needs.
Her progression from kennel assistant to RVT shows her commitment to professional growth and dedication to high standards of patient care.

Outside the Hospital
Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys hiking and photography, often combining her love of nature with time outdoors. She is a devoted Catholic and values spending time with her church community. At home, she cares for a variety of animals, including frogs, leopard geckos, panther chameleons, and cats. When asked her favorite species to work with, she says it’s impossible to choose, though Goffin’s cockatoos hold a special place in her heart.
